Wedding #1, & the Rockies!
And now for some exploration in the Rocky Mountains!
"We need to get higher up, and above the trees..."
That's better! Well, maybe a bit too high! (That little boy is in danger...)
Oh look, we climbed up above Banff!
In fact, we climbed all the way to Lake Louise, there's the chateau!
Looking down Lake Louise, to the head of the valley.
This is not Lake Louise...
And neither is this. Each of these lakes has a different arrangement of glaciers and mountains...
And this lake is waaay down there!
And this glacier is chasing them out of its valley! Move quick mom, those glaciers can sometimes surprise unwary hikers!
I thought this might be related to the next picture, but you can't leave the bus area, and climb up the valley.
Columbia Glacier tours. It looks like dad walked a bit further up the glacier...
I don't think this can be Columbia Glacier either.
The access road is not open to other vehicles than the tour cats, and it's a long road... Moooommm!!! Where is this?
