Retirement Dreams!
The long, long, shaded road to... ...where?
I'm pretty sure this is the steps down to Florencia, with mom peeking out from behind the bushes.
Ok, now things are getting a bit rough!
Well, now this looks seriously serious, and about 150 feet tall! (count the flights of steps)
(According to Mom: This is at Salmon Beach, now a small summer-cabin community east of Ucluelet. Some of us visited there a few years ago...)
Mom decided it was safer to stay here than tackle the big spikes, and the "spaceport"!
(According to Mom: This is in Tofino, down a nice trail to a small beach.)
They must have explored quite a lot of the coastline... I can't tell where this is...
I know where this is! It's just past the north end of Chestermans!
...and 39 years later, it's looking more overgrown!
Another unknown location...
"Ok, I've had enough of this! ...I'm going somewhere more peaceful!"
