...Maybe we could lend a hand... Jim, the mathematician, gets mixing duties... Ken didn't have enough seniority for that position yet, so he's driving the wheelbarrow...
Meanwhile, John and Don get the shovelling, pouring and spreading duties. I don't think they had the requisite math training to be competing with Jim and Ken for mixing duties...
