Camping, & Oma Krom!

Marion and the pumpkins! That's the front yard, looking towards Rosewood.

Now the backyard gets a good roto-tilling! Didn't dad used to do it all by hand with a pitchfork? Oh well, the supervisor will make sure it's all ok!

That's Don... The barber ran a tight schedule, and I hadn't finished my alloted "dirt spreading" chores yet... Man, did that clipper ever get hot!

"Mommmmmm, Marion's playing with my hot wheels set!" ...She looks a lot bigger than in the pumpkin pictures!

Wow, that's a tidy front yard! Looks so good, you should invite your mother-in-law to come over and check it out!

...but first, another picture, from over here!

Uhhhhh..... Apparently, they did! Mom's waving at her mom, at the bottom of the stairs, and who must have been the only one on the plane!

Oh! It looks like Oma brought a few gifts for us! Including Marion's famous "Little Dutch Girl" outfit! (on the chair, in front of Doreen)

Oma, writing post cards back to Holland... "...and can you believe it, no one has brick houses here, they must be so poor! The water's clean, though..."

Oma and Mom at Stamp Falls! Poor Oma, that's more fresh clean water than she's seen in her life, and it's just rushing by to the ocean!
