Fireworks: Portugal
...but first: during the previous week, the Italian Airforce did a fly past!
Ok, they did TWO runs, first west, then east.
The white smoke seems to be lost in the hazy sky background.
Their smoke trail!
Ok, now it's fireworks day, but first, the Redbull stunt plane makes a few passes over the water!
First up: a hammerhead, stall on the vertical, and then fall down the path just travelled!
And down they go!
And there has to be some inverted flight!
Here the pilot climbed to a stall, then leveled off and flew off to the right. The plane looked like it's parked on top of the smoke column!
It wouldn't be fireworks night without the towtrucks!
And someone turned 19, the perfect time for sipping an 18 year old single malt with your Dairy Queen cake!
Oh yeah, fireworks. ...Finally!
