This looks like a rowing "familiarization" course, where they have to practice self-rescue!
We took the paths between some of the buildings downtown, and found a few quiet gardens.

And up Burrad street. This is getting more common. We walk and cycle a lot more now.
Kits Beach.
Kits Pool. Still closed due to storm damage last year. They tried to repair it this Spring, but found that it was leaking about a million liters per day!
