Skiing!!
Monday, no weekend skiers, and fresh snow!
The lineups were not too long... Actually, there were a lot of locals crowding the better runs and chairs, so we just took the next chairs over...
A favourite ski run, and wow, is it ever busy up here!
Another late lunch, and no crowds! Most of the upper mountain chairlifts were already closed for the day...
So we skied out. Here is Yuko contemplating the quickest way down...
...the longer way down!
This is the next day, Tuesday, and we went across on the gondola to Whister, to check out a new chairlift we hadn't used before.
But first, we need to gain more elevation, so we're off to the Peak chair.

From the top of the Peak chair, we had to ski around to the south side of Whistler...
...and past a great view of Black Tusk!
And then on towards the new chair! Ok, the chair's been there a few years, but we don't usually ski this area. We wanted to take a look in the nice weather!
We skied to the base of the chairlift, and then rode up to make another run, but had to stop for the view!
Skiers are walking along that ridge to get a single run in fresh snow! We did not... Then once more it was ski out time, and then the next day it was back to reality.
