Leaving Japan
Before anything else happens, the ground crew plug in the video game updates...
The cleaning crew, waiting for the passengers to get out of the way... (I hope they don't have too big a mess to clean...)
Then it's "luggage out".
And "luggage in". They had trouble with this one, and had to turn it around. There must have been something heavy on one side...
...busy airport. And a lot of company colours that aren't usually seen in Vancouver.
Soon enough, we found our seats...
I find this quite a dark colour scheme...
And we are arriving in Tokyo. We circled around, to land with a north-west approach.
We were not at Narita, this is Hanada, the older airport near Tokyo. It's been recently expanded, and the domestic and international terminals are not internally connected.
