The north road.

The next bay over, and looking towards where we were travelling. There were still a few homes, and it looks like beach access here. As we drove by it: "Keep Out".

You might even remember these rocks! We went over them in the helicopter!

The Blow Hole! See, there were more pictures! That particular blast is about 20 ft tall!

Is that all??? This one's a good 30 feet tall!

Well, it looks pretty safe, so I'll get a closer look... It's not just the height that impresses, it's the roar it makes!

I walked down to the flats, and here's an idea of what this part of the island is made of: Easily eroded soft rock.

Ok, maybe I should have left the car keys with Yuko... The reason you can't see the clouds clearly is because there is a lot of water in the air! ...and I'm under it...

Not to be outdone, here's the other side of that rock. ...uhhh, maybe Mother Nature is trying to tell me something here...

So, back up to the relative safety I went. ...for the camera's safety, you understand...

I don't know the height of this one, but it's on the taller side of 50 feet. Yuko was making sure that the car was ok...

The big rocky headland bird sanctuary. There really is nowhere to go out there...

The waves are really chewing away at the bottom of the cliff. The road was now a single lane paved donkey path, often with no barriers along its sides... Relaxation!

The remains of several agave plants. There seemed to be a lot of these at the edges of farmed areas. ...and all too soon, we were back in civilization!
