Parksville's beach, on Vancouver Island. Shallow warm rising tide, and ...kids!



There was water for running in!



And water for crawling in!



And for the smallest one, uncle Jim was there to provide Life Guard duty!



There were little fishes to catch with a net, and salty water for tasting...



...running did seem the more popular activity with the younger crowd.



But the attraction of the net proved irresistable at times!
