This is now Richmond, near the skating oval, in the "O Zone", Richmond's
official party headquarters.
Heineken. Wow. The Dutch drinkers have most of the place, including that big tent to the
left, and both low roofed buildings behind the grandstand seating. Sadly, just your basic beer garden.
A little more class would have been better, no?
The entire Minoru municipal complex now features this archway into the new Heine-plex.
